Who sells the report

Orders and payments for the Phoenix Report are processed by Digistore24. The purchase terms, the right of withdrawal and any refund conditions that apply to your order are shown by Digistore24 at checkout and in your order confirmation.

60-day money-back guarantee

You have 60 days from the day of your purchase to return the Phoenix Report and get the full purchase price back, without giving a reason. To do so, write to hello@phoenix-report.com and include your order number, or request the refund through your Digistore24 order confirmation. The refund is paid out by Digistore24 to the payment method you used.

What you receive

After your purchase you enter your birth details in a short form. Your report is then calculated for you and sent to your email address as two PDF files: a dark screen version and a light version for printing. The report is written in English. This usually takes a few minutes.

What the report is

The Phoenix Report is a reflection tool. It describes your chart according to the rules of the Human Design system and your birth sky according to western astrology. These are statements within those systems. They are not scientifically proven predictions, and the report does not predict events. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice.

Corrections and questions

If something in your report does not match your details, or if the email does not arrive (please also check your spam folder), write to hello@phoenix-report.com and include your order number.
